Team Guidelines and Policies
the process that we are going to follow if any of the things below happens
A. The member didn’t submit her work on time.
She’s gonna get a warning and one more day to finish her tasks if it the first time but if that happens again she gonna lose 0.5 mark for each day late (immediately NO NEED for telling her that).

B. The quality of the work is below expectation.
She needs to make it right or repeat it if there’s need with in the time limit. if she late she’ll charge for being late (in a.) , the other members can give her some advices if she faces a problem
C. The member didn’t show up in the meeting and not answering the phone.
If she did that without an acceptable excuse the other members’ll do her tasks and she’ll get ZERO for that phase.
D. A member is depending on others to solve or complete her tasks.
She’ll exposing herself for losing marks and that depends on how much the works that they did it for her.
E. One member faces certain critical condition.
The other team’s member have to finish what she couldn't do.
